I was a long-term tenant at this property, and I found that it was absolutely fantastic. Esther was a great roommate; she was friendly, instantly welcoming, and always up for a good conversation. Not to mention she was more than happy to put up with my medical school schedule filled with odd hours and constant comings and goings. It was a spacious room and well-kept apartment – not to mention it had a stunning view of the lake and the Gardiner Expressway. The building was incredibly quiet, which was perfect for study sessions. This place offered a calm slice of Toronto that was away from the craziness of downtown, but had all the necessities and transit around it. For me, having the streetcar stop right outside the door made commuting a breeze to and from the hospitals. I completely recommend this place for anyone looking for a charming roommate, quiet atmosphere, and short commute. You will certainly enjoy making this place your home.
