1. WHO.int
The WHO is the single best source of up-to-date, accurate Covid-19 data for monitoring the ever-changing nature of the pandemic around the globe. Their data is presented simply, concisely, and in a visually striking way. As it's updated several times a day, this is an excellent source for the most updated information needed for any purpose. This site is an excellent jumping-off place for research on travel, emerging trends, new variants of interest, and other parameters.
2. CDC.gov
The Centre for Disease Control (or CDC) is a government agency dedicated to the research and dissemination of accurate data and information about all diseases being studied around the globe. Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, they have been the most stringent source of information on case counts, vaccination, and trends. This site is updated daily, and is an excellent source of information on all things Covid-19 down to the state and county level, including travel restrictions to and within the US.
3. Canada.ca
The counterpart to the CDC in Canada, Canada.ca's Covid-19 information page covers case counts, trends, vaccination statistics and specific requirements for travel to and within Canada. This information is present in a dashboard, which updates daily. An invaluable resource for all Canadians, or those intending to enter Canada for any reason in the near future.
4. Travel.State.gov
This site is run by the State Department of the United States, and provides a database of the specific requirements of entry for US Nationals and Citizens to most countries around the globe. Travel.state.gov is updated daily by the State Department, and not only shows information about requirements to enter other countries, but includes requirements for reentering the US as well.
5. IATA Travel Centre
Last but certainly not least, the International Air Travel Association has created an interactive map listing all restrictions to entry and travel across the globe. This data is updated as often as legislation changes around the world, and is an excellent starting space for finding documents required for travel, restrictions to entry, and vaccination requirements.
