The Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine, formerly known as Mayo Medical School, is a research-oriented medical school based in Rochester, Minnesota, with additional campuses in Arizona and Florida. MCASOM is a school within the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science, the education division of the Mayo Clinic.

Location options:

• Arizona 4-Year Track: The Arizona campus will be your home base for all four years.
• Minnesota 4-Year Track: The Minnesota campus will be your home base for all four years.
• Arizona/Florida 2+2 Track: You will complete years 1-2 on the Arizona campus, and then years 3-4 on the Florida campus.
• Minnesota/Florida 2+2 Track: You will complete years 1-2 on the Minnesota campus, and then years 3-4 on the Florida campus. 

Beyond the three campuses, Mayo Clinic Health System includes more than 70 smaller regional practices in Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Affiliations also with other health care organizations near all campuses, such as the Phoenix Children's Hospital, Maricopa Integrated Health System, Carl T. Hayden Veteran's Administration, and others for clinical opportunities. All M.D. students are encouraged to explore learning opportunities at any of the campus locations throughout all four years of the M.D. Program.
