The garden is technically shared so that we can maintain it and allow our 12lb dog to run off leash with her neighbourhood friends on occasion, but the tenant has sole use of it for the majority of time. We are a quiet, mature couple (Queen's professor and retiree) living in the two-storey townhome above.
