Bright and beautiful 1 bedroom apartment for rent on a one-year (12 month) sublet (June 2025 - June/July 2026). Right now I am planning on renting it as partially furnished, but can be flexible. Located in Vancouver's Fairview neighbourhood, this apartment is a corner unit apartment facing the mountains, on the top floor of a three-story older and quiet apartment building. It has a large balcony and lots of natural light. Lots of storage space. It's over 650 square feet and is a quick 10 min walk to VGH, only 3 blocks away, and a 10 min walk to the seawall. 18 minute walk to Granville island. Easy to get to SPH as well. Close to transit, which is found on West Broadway (2 blocks away), or Granville Street (3 blocks away). Laundry machines are in the building. About me: I am a medical student spending my third year on Vancouver Island so I will be away from June 1st 2025 to June 2026. I would love to sublet my place to another medical trainee or doctor who will be looking for a convenient apartment in Vancouver for that year!
