Furnished Bright studio apartment 5 min walk to IWK and Dalhousie

We have a bright, clean and cozy studio apartment, which is a private and separate unit in our basement. We both work from home and are very quiet, but friendly. Our street is less than a 5-minute walk to IWK, and is home to many in the medical community. The new unit is fully furnished and equipped with bedding, towels, kitchen tools (countertop oven, hot plate, microwave, full size fridge) so you can just bring your clothes. Laundry is exclusive to you (we have our own upstairs) but it is in our shared area of the basement so it's possible you'd see us there. We have had a full-time student (8 months) and many shorter term guests of 4-6 weeks, and all have enjoyed the quiet, peaceful space and very comfortable queen size bed, leather couch, large TV, and view of the backyard garden. There is strictly no smoking or pets, and we request quiet hours to ensure everyone can be as peaceful and productive as possible. We look forward to welcoming you.
