 I am a tidy, quiet, semi-retired senior man, looking to share a two bedroom house with someone similar, just outside of Huntsville (you don't have to be that old, I'm more concerned about the tidy, quiet part). The house is on a well treed 2 acre lot, and is (by car) only 6 minutes from Centre and Main Streets, and 10 minutes from the Huntsville hospital's staff parking lot, and a 20 minute drive from the South Muskoka hospital in Bracebridge.

The monthly rental of $800.00 includes utilities, parking, and high-speed fibre optic internet. Laundry is on site at no extra cost.

References are required, from previous landlords and current employers...and a credit check will be made. First and last month's rent is due on occupancy.
