Furnished Country in the core of the City

The unit is located in the basement. The bathroom is located upstairs, ambulatory for navigating stairs is a must. There is a separate entrance a private bathroom, a free parking spot and access to the backyard, swimming pool and dock on the pond. There is smoking outside. There is no children allowed, no pets allowed and a $50 fee per night per guest. Paid in advance and upon approval It's a shared house with the landlord, all amenities are provided or can be requested, bedding and towels pillows, Internet, heat and Hydro : there is a gas fireplace located in the unit, but is not allowed to be turned on.
