Cozy and spacious 2 bedroom apartment in one of Kentville quiet neighbourhoods. Located in front of parks, sport fields and public pool and 5 minutes drive to Kentville regional hospital. You will find all the amenities you need within walking distance. Everything the Annapolis Valley has to offer is within 15 minutes drive. This family friendly apartment is located at the lower level of our duplex house where we live full time with our toddler and baby. You will find most of the gears you will need for a family stay including a high chair, a pack n play, little bath tub, potty, umbrella stroller, toys and games. The bright and spacious master bedroom with a king size bed will leave you space to unpack and set up the pack n play and the second bedroom with a double bed also allows for plenty of space for your clothes and belongings. You will have access to a washer/dryer in the bathroom and a little tub if your little one isn't yet shower ready. You will find a large deck in the backyard with an outdoor patio set and further in the moss, a fire pit with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and cooking gears and you will find a table with high chair in the living / dining room. Plenty of games and books are available along with a TV with chrome cast.
