Would you like to live 5 minutes from the beach? Would you like to be minutes from downtown yet have live on a quiet, beautifully tree-lined street? Available is a well-appointed guest room in an upper level suite in Kits Point. The suite is airy, well-kept and will be shared with me, the leaseholder and an older short-haired cat.. We have lived in the house for over 15  years and my children are now off doing their own thing.

We would be a suitable match if you, too, are rather quiet, clean and respectful of shared spaces. I am a massage therapist and am at my practice 9-6 most days, so you will have quiet during the day to recover from any late shifts you may have.
