This bright, quiet, modern, one bedroom (queen bed), one 3-piece bathroom fully furnished basement suite has a full kitchen and in-suite laundry. It has a private entrance through the suite's back patio. The house was buiIt in 2016 and is located within a 5 minute walk to a major bus hub for rapid buses (R5 route) going to downtown and to skytrain. There is free street parking in the surrounding area. There are also a number of trails and bike paths very close by, as well as coffee shops/bakeries/restaurants within easy walking distance. Access to the North Shore is quick by car, bus, or bike. I am a professor on UBC clinical faculty and live with my partner upstairs on the top two floors. For potential tenants, please be aware that the suite is only for one person and you will need to provide verification of your current training. There is no subletting or parties allowed.
