Rent is set  for $800 per month, with all utilities included. This home features two shared bathrooms, a fitness room, and access to an outdoor pool, ensuring a balanced lifestyle. The shared living spaces, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, and office, are fully furnished and available for tenant use. The rooms come with double sized beds and dressers, but the dressers can be exchanged for desks upon request.

The property is equipped with in-unit laundry, air conditioning in the common areas, and a dishwasher for added convenience. Bedding, towels and laundry soap are provided. You'll be sharing the home with myself, a Registered Nurse working at a long-term care facility, and I will ensure a respectful, clean, and quiet living environment. Tenants are encouraged to do the same. Please note, the home is a smoke-free, pet-free space.
