We live in a lovely home in the quaint residential neighbourhood of Edgemont, in North Vancouver.

We have 1 private, spacious room available in the basement. Very quiet, with your own bathroom with a walk in shower.  The room is fully furnished with a king-sized bed (all linens included), and a dresser.   

The kitchen, dining and living room,  bathrooms and garden are shared with me, my wife and my son.

Easy access to St. Paul's Hospital and Lions Gate Hospital.

From my home, it is a few minutes walk to Edgemont Village with his grocery, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacies, resaurants, bakeries, banks. 

We are also few bus stop from Downtown Vancouver, Grouse Mountains, Capilano Bridge

Conveniently close to Parks, hiking, outsoors activities & Schools.
