Two blocks from St. Joe's and 15 min walk to Western, this space would be perfect for graduate student, med student, resident, fellow, visiting scholar or academic looking for a space to stay closer to the university.

The bedrooms are on the main floor with a bathroom in a private hallway and separate entrance. I stay in a self contained space on the upper floor giving us both privacy. You would have exclusive use of the mainfloor open-concept kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathroom.

Open to both short-term and long-term rentals.
