Well appointed kitchen, access to the front yard and street parking avaiable. Rent includes all utilties, including high speed Wi-Fi. Newly installed central heating/cooling system. $1550/month for the smaller room $1650/month for the larger room.  A weekly rental may be arranged for $500/week.

About myslef:   I have lived in Kitsilano for over 25 years.  I travel freqently for work and pleasure.  I have been renting out spare bedrooms to university students and healthcare professioanls for the past 10 years.  I decided to try using MedsHousing becaue many of my closest friends are in the healthcare profession.  I enjoy long forest walks, ocean swimming, yoga and travelling.  References from VGH & St. Paul's Clinical Associate Professors avaialbe upon request.  

About the house:   I have owned and lived in the house by myself since 2014.

Main floor room #2 Single size bed, desk, dresser, chair - set up for long/short term rental.
