Furnished Furnished One Bedroom near Ottawa Hospital/CHEO

Hello!

We have a furnished room to rent to a student for $700/month or $225/week. We are located in the Urbandale/Elmvale Acres neighbourhood of Ottawa.

We are just 20 minutes by bus or 12 minutes by bike to the Ottawa Hospital, General Campus and CHEO. We are also near the Riverside Hospital, Roger Guindon Hall and University of Ottawa Alta Vista campus , The U of Ottawa has a shuttle bus for students going to/from the downtown campus every hour as well as a shuttle bus that runs between the General Campus, Riverside campus and Civic campus. 

The room is furnished with a Twin bed, nightstand, lamp, closet and dresser. Bedding, towels and laundry soap are provided. Shared living spaces including the bathroom are cleaned weekly and professionally cleaned monthly. We are walking distance to a grocery store and have a bus stop near the house to take you to work, shopping, banks, a pharmacy, Starbucks, and a mall with several take-out restaurants including Indian, Lebanese, Italian and pizza.

You would share our quiet and respectful home with myself, my son who is in grade 11 and two male cats who are friendly and easy going. We also have two chickens who live in a coop in our yard.
