Enjoy this private suite with a double bed, private kitchen and private bathroom located in the quiet and safe Sunnyside neighbourhood of Kingston. We are located approximately 2.5km to downtown and Kingston General Hospital, and 2km from Queen's Campus and the Waterfront. Taking public transit is also a short walk away.

There is a private entrance with a key pad lock. The only shared space that exists is the laundry, which is located outside of the suite. We live in the space above the suite, so you may hear footsteps occasionally. 

In the kitchen there is a Keurig, kettle, air fryer microwave, hot plate and pots/pans as well as plates and cutlery. Linens and towels are provided. There is a vacuum, broom and dust pan available for you.
