Located just steps away from the upscale shopping area of South Granville in Vancouver, offering an array offashion boutiques, stylish furniture stores, and a mix of global fine dining and casual cafes. It is minutes away from the famous Granville Island and downtown Vancouver, with easy access to public transportation, the YVR airport, and the entire lower mainland. A renovated furnished room in a two-bedroom unit is equipped with a queen bed, high-quality 100% cotton bedding, an adjustable desk, a reasonably sized closet, and a full kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, and other cooking utensils etc

Only shared  with me  ,  I'm quiet, clean, I don't watch TV and usually have brunch and an early dinner, so there won't be much overlap during breakfast and dinner time. You'll have the TV (I have a Prime Video subscription) and the space to yourself most of the time for breakfast and dinner.

Utilities like water, electricity, internet, and heating are included, along with essentials such as bathroom tissue, cooking oil, salt, sugar,pepper , hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

Additionally, the apartment is very close to Vancouver General Hospital , 19 min walking distance,  BC women  children's hospital—just 6 minutes by car or 18 minutes by bus. St paul's  Hospital , 10 minutes by car or 18 min by bus.

Transportation is convenient with bus routes #10 and #16 on Granville Street, taking you to downtown or southbound, and bus routes #99 and N9, on Broadway, offering eastbound and westbound travel, and Mobi bike stations along 7th, 10th, and 14th, plus access to the AAA (All-Ages-and-Abilities) Biking Network, it's easy to get to and from South Granville.
