Best location in Calgary - quiet neighbourhood 5 blocks from the Bow River pathway, 10 minute drive to downtown/Stampede, 2 min drive from Foothills Hospital.

Rental is basement & access to the main floor with other shared amenities (full kitchen, backyard, etc.). Free street parking available.

Full kitchenette downstairs for your private use, includes full size fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave, sink. You are also free to share the main kitchen, just please clean up after yourselves.

 

The Property:

The downstairs has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a private bathroom, and a living room with space for up to two queen size inflatable mattresses.

There is also a kitchenette downstairs with a fridge/freezer, air fryer, sink and some basic cooking utensils, cutlery, and plates.

There is a TV downstairs, connected to Netflix and Amazon Prime that you are free to use, in addition to two small sofa chairs.

 

Your Space:

To access the downstairs, you will have to enter the house from the shared front door.

There is some casual seating downstairs, but you can also sit upstairs to have meals if you'd like - although that will be shared space with our family.

 

Interaction with Hosts:

We will be staying upstairs (the 2nd floor); so we will likely see you on the main floor as you enter and exit. Should you need anything, please call or text me.

 

Other Details: 

We are a young family, with a one-year-old and 8 year old small dog. Our home 3 floors, with sound blocking between the basement and main floors. Our daughter sleeps through the night and does not cry often, but we will be up each morning by 7am for breakfast so you may hear that.

We do value privacy and personal space, so we will not seek out interactions with our guests, but do welcome them if you need guidance or would like to chat. Please overcommunicate your needs and we will be sure your stay is enjoyable and meets your expectations!

PS - Our dog is extremely friendly, does not bark except when someone enters, and has never bitten anyone. She hardly sheds and will remain upstairs and away from shared space too if you prefer.
