2 upper floor furnished rooms with shared bathroom, a beautiful main floor shared kitchen and living room. Laundry in basement. Linens and towels included and laundered regularly. 

Large south facing room with two windows and space for extra furniture if wanted. 

Smaller north facing room is quiet and $225 a week, $850 a month.

Parking in shared driveway sometimes available and street parking is a good option.

Female homeowner lives on main floor at rear.  Quiet and calm environment. 

Responsible, respectful housemates, comfortable with communicating around sharing space.

LGBTQ safe.
