As an RN for 25 years, I know how important sleep and a nice place to decompress are. Here you can walk to the beach on your day off or enjoy peace and quiet here in your private 2 bedroom retreat with black out curtains and white noise. The unit is above our garage, so quite separate from the main house. You have a full kitchen, 4 piece bathroom, and 55" smart TV. Fire pit is cozy and available as well, BBQ and gazebo are also for your use. Minutes from restaurants, skiing, Friday Harbour, Vetta Spa, and everything you desire. A short drive to Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, or a little longer drive to Southlake Hospital in Newmarket or Soldiers Memorial in Orillia. Come on over and stay in this wonderful location so close to Lake Simcoe. We'd be happy to provide you a quiet place to call home while you're studying/working. *Please note an extra $25/day per person if sharing, as this apartment sleeps 6 and provides you with an ensuite laundry.
