ACTUAL TENANT REVIEW from 2024: "Lisa's place is perfect for a working professional, its quite, cozy vibes, a very comfortable bed, clean and well organized. It is the perfect place for a visiting tourist. My main worry was about noise since I had to study for my exam, and worried about noise during the day as I had to do some night shifts. However this was not a problem whatsoever. There is another floor between the basement and the bedrooms so I did not hear any noise at all. It is also close to major bus routes where buses come every 15 to 30 minutes both going downtown and the other way, route 8 is very convenient. Its about 10 min walk from safeway, tims, bc liquor and a few restaurants as well! Overall a perfect place for a working professional, or a tourist and Lisa is a great host! HG (medical resident)"
