Newly updated & fully furnished 2 bdrm, 1 bath, with a 3rd bdrm that has been converted into a lounge/study space with a sectional couch & desk.

New lighting, beds, frames, washer and dryer just put into this fully enclosed suite. Main bedroom includes a full/double frame bed, and a HEPA air filter for the space, while the 2nd bedroom has a twin bed that pulls out into a king. Pillows, bedding (plus extra sets) for each bed are provided plus towels for bathroom & kitchen.

Full kitchen set up with fridge, oven/stove, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker (French press), toaster. Pots & pans, dishware, glassware, utensils and an assortment of mugs (some teas included to get you started). A large wooden top table with 2 chairs for dining or as a temporary workspace. Large floor space in kitchen, great area if you want to lay out a yoga mat to do your workouts at home.

Easy access to amenities, lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Hillside Mall is a 3 min walk, with grocery stores, food court, Canadian Tire, pharmacy, liquor store). Walking distance to multiple bus stops/routes, on Hillside Ave, North Dairy Rd or Shelbourne St. 7 min drive to downtown Vic or back to HWY 1, making it easy to get out of the city for exploration. Close proximity to UVIC (15 min drive), Royal Jubilee Hospital (13 min drive), and Victoria Regional General (25 min drive).

Area is surrounded by great ocean locations, lakes, walks/hikes/trails & endless recreational activities.

Off street parking can be arranged with the upstairs tenant for an additional fee.

Please note: the upstairs tennant is quite noise sensitive and suffers from chronic health conditions, as such it's hoped that the lower unit tennants will be consciensous of the level of noise produced. If you're going to be doing a lot of partying, or engaging in loud music or instruments, this is most likely not the rental for you, thanks for your understanding!
