Description

 Furnished 550 sq ft, one bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on Wharncliffe Road South, near Springbank Drive and Horton Street.  Walking distance to Wortley Village, 4.8 km to Victoria Hospital, 3.5 km to St. Joseph Hospital and 5.6km to University Hospital / Western Univeristy Campus.  Easy access to The Thames Valley Parkway and The Coves walking trails.

 

The unit is on the second floor of a commercial building.  Entrance to the building is shared with one other residential tenant.  Parking available for one vehicle.

 

The unit was completley renovated in 2022 with new flooring, appliances, cupboards and bathroom fixtures.  The unit has an all-in-one washer/dryer unit.  Non-smoking unit (previous tenants have all been non-smokers).  No pets.  Heat, hydro and water are included in the rental rate.  Internet is the responsibility of the tenant.

 

Preference for 6+ month rental terms.  The Landlords are experienced renters to the medical community and Ivey MBA students at multiple properties.
