Fitness workouts will be convenient. You are most welcome to use the exercise area in the garage: Keiser M3Plus spin bike (with heart monitor), Manduka yoga mats, Bosu balance ball, Pilates bar and circle, large inflatable ball, large yoga bolster, Therabands, dumbells, kettlebells (up to 20lbs) and a variety of strap on weights (up to 5kg each).

I host only one medical student/doctor at any given time. I retired fully and don't work from home. My home is quiet, no blaring TVs or chaotic schedule.  I respect your need to rest, recharge & sleep after long days at the hospital. 

The townhouse complex is small (only ten units) and all residents are very respectful. No loud noises after 10:30 pm please. 

My neighbourhood is lovely and safe (low crime rate). It has beautiful public parks nearby including Oak Meadows park and the larger VanDusen Botanical and Queen Elizabeth parks. A 24 hour public, lighted outdoor circuit park is one block away.  It is a low density living area with mostly single detached houses and a few townhouse complexes.

I'm a peaceful, easygoing and respectful person. I do not drink alcohol or smoke anything. Health and fitness are my priorities especially growing a robust gut microbiome! Hobbies: Yoga, cardio and caring for my many houseplants.
