Hi there. I am looking to find a female roommate for my spacious condo in the lovely and trendy area of Westboro. You will have your own private bathroom and of course, bedroom. The location is an 8-minute drive or 20-minute bus commute to the Ottawa Civic Hospital. Note that you will also have the entire condo to yourself for several months during the year.

About the Unit: Steps away from shopping, groceries, transit and lovely coffee shops & restaurants. The location cannot be beat! 1 Private bedroom with large east facing window complete with own private bathroom in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Bedroom has brand new furnishings. Shared modern kitchen, dining and living area that opens up to a relaxing balcony. Shared spaces comes furnished with all the utensils and appliances that you would need (including in-unit washer and dryer). Wonderful amenities which include a gym, yoga room, sauna, party room, courtyard, theatre room and gorgeous rooftop terrace! Bike locker and underground parking available for $150 extra a month.

About You: A clean, quiet, easy-going and respectful female. A non-smoker is also a must, and although I do like animals, I am not looking to add a pet into the space :).
