I have 2 private, spacious rooms for medical professionals looking for a home away from home.  The rooms are bright and look out over the garden. The rooms are fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, a dresser, and a desk. The kitchen, dining room, living room,  bathrooms and garden are shared with me. All utilities are included in the rent. 

My home is near Quebec Street and King Edward Avenue, a quiet residential street in Little Mountain-Riley Park, a neighbourhood in the centre of Vancouver, with easy access to public transit, a bike route and a greenway that connects to hospitals, downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park, beautiful beaches, UBC and Pacific Spirit Park.

BC Children's Hospital, BC Women's Hospital, Vancouver General Hospital and BC Cancer Agency are less than 3 km away, with St. Paul's Hospital 4.2 km away all easily accessible by transit or bicycle. 

It is a few minutes walk from my home to the #25, #33 and #3 bus stops, with convenient rapid transit connections from King Edward and Main Street Skytrain stations.

My home is a short walk to Main, Fraser and Cambie Streets, where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, independent clothing and bookstores. Hillcrest Community and Fitness Center, Nat Bailey Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Park and an all-year farmers market are nearby.

I have lived in Little Mountain - Riley Park for over 25 years and love my neighbourhood's community connectedness, safety, diversity and vibrancy.
