Looking for a roommate to share my large, bright 3- bedroom, 1-bathroom house in the charming Garneau community. This house is ideally situated just a 9-minute walk (700m) from the University of Alberta Hospital and a 5-minute walk (300m) from the University of Alberta campus. With several bus stops nearby, including the closest at 109 St and 84 Ave (160m), getting around is easy. The Health Sciences/Jubilee LRT station is only a couple of blocks away, and the bike lane to the university is conveniently located just one block west.

This central location offers quick access to several grocery stores such as Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, H Mart, Save-On-Foods, and No Frills. You'll also be surrounded by trendy restaurants and cafes like Farrow Garneau, Sugarbowl, Rosso Pizzeria, Kyoto Japanese Cuisine, Remedy, and ACE Coffee, with Whyte Ave just a block away. Large windows with blackout curtains make this room bright yet private. The shared bathroom is just outside the bedroom and includes a shower, toilet, and sink. The shared living room and kitchen are fully furnished with everything you might need, including a couch, dining table, and kitchen supplies. In-suite laundry is also available, and you'll have access to a secluded backyard living space.

**About Me:** I'm a young professional working full-time for Finning as an Exchange Planner. I'm the only person living in the house, no other roommates. In my free time, I love staying active, playing sports, and reading. Being part of the Garneau/Strathcona community is important to me—I often walk to the Strathcona Farmers' Market on Saturdays and enjoy the nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

I'm a respectful and health-conscious roommate who likes to keep shared areas clean. I also have a cat named Stella, who is incredibly sweet and friendly, so being an animal lover is a plus!
