Unfurnished Queens Court Apt

We have  one 1 bedroom apartment for $1,530.00 per month. avaiable April, 2025 The rent includes; heat, hot and cold water, a refrigerator and stove. This is an older walkup building. There is laundry on site which uses coins and is only used by tenants.  There is no tenant parking on site, but parking is available on street.  We require a prepaid last month's rent and the signing of a one year lease upon moving in that then becomes month-to-month after that period.  After one year the tenant may give 60 days notice from the first of a month to vacate the unit.  Hydro (electricity) used within the unit is the responsibility of the tenant through an account with Alectra Utilities. Average use starts at about $40.00 a  month, but depends on how many computers, TVs etc. you use.  Internet, phone and TV service are through cable or phone companies, dishes are not allowed to be installed.

Queens Court is a quiet building and non-smoking in common areas and within the units. This unit is vacant at this time and could be viewed at your convenience.
