Beautiful, modern, art-filled apartment. Furnished, 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths. Deep library, film projector, audiophile sound system, blacked out bedroom for deep, post-shift sleeps. .  Out the door, coffee shops, green grocers, every restaurant you could want.  Toronto Western a few hundred meters away. 

 I'm an ER and trauma doc at St. Mike's, and faculty at U of T.  I've lived in the building  for twenty years and it's set up for medical workers. Please care for it as your own. 

NOTE: there is ongoing construction out back, and though it shouldn't affect the bedroom, you need to be aware of that. I'm told it will run until Sept 2025.

Pesonal insurance is required. I would also ask that you book a cleaner at the end of the stay. I have  one I recommend.
