Furnished Rockland 1 bedroom basement Suite

Welcome to our Rockland 1 bedroom basement suite! The suite was refinished in 2023 so everything is fairly new! The suite is small but suitable for 1 person. Ceiling heights are 6 foot 3 to 6 foot 6 so please be aware of that when considering renting it. The house upstairs has 2 adults and a small dog who are long term tenants. Our home is conveniently located close to Craigdarroch Castle, government house, and is walkable to downtown. Our property has a large, fully fenced backyard, which guests are welcome to use to enjoy some sunshine and the beautiful garden. In addition to the shared backyard, the suite has its own patio area for guests to relax and dine outdoors. We are a 5 minute drive from Royal Jubilee or a short bus ride. The suite is fully furnished with a queen bed, a full kitchen, tv, and WiFi.
