In the kitchen there is a stove, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Downstairs, there is a treadmill. 

A house-trained, adult dog would be welcome. Due to age of house, probably not suitable for young children. 

Street parking available. Very close to Richmond Diagnostic Center and an easy drive to both major hospitals in Calgary as well as the Sheldon Shumir.
