Room for rent in a cute, fully furnished, detached character home in a great inner-city neighbourhood. 

Kitchen equipped with dishes, spices- every you need. Washer/dryer in home as well as treadmill. There is a private backyard perfect for relaxing. House is on a quiet residential street but it's close to bus routes and the popular 17th ave with lots of great restaurants. 

Street parking is available. Very close to Richmond Diagnostic Center and an easy drive to both major hospitals in Calgary as well as the Sheldon Shumir. You can also borrow my bike. 

Rent is inclusive of all utilities and internet. 

I'm a early 30s, female working professional. I have a small, friendly dog. I'll be gone for most of the month of July so you'll have a lot of space to yourself. You'll have access to the whole house except my room (and I'll obviously keep out of yours).
