Description

I am a PGY3 surgical resident with a 2 bed 1 bath apartment near VGH.  Apartment is 10 minutes walking from VGH, 15 minute bike from SPH and 15 min bike to BCCH. Super close to shops, Granville island, and seawall. Gym in the building, underground parking, in-suite laundry. I am renting out the spare bedroom in my condo and will be living in the unit as well. Please see availability calendar for available dates. Rates are $1400/mo or $1000 for 2 weeks. Between May 4th and May 31st I will be away on elective and am looking to rent out the entire unit for $2600 for the month.
