I am a PGY3 surgical resident with a 2 bed 1 bath apartment near VGH.  Apartment is 10 minutes walking from VGH, 15 minute bike from SPH and 15 min bike to BCCH. Super close to shops, Granville island, and seawall. Gym in the building and in-suite laundry. I am renting out the spare bedroom in my condo and will be living in the unit as well. Please see availability calendar for available dates. Rates are $1800/mo or $1200 for 2 weeks. I do not rent for less than 2 weeks.
