Are you looking to rent a room in Bracebridge? $1,000 per month. No long-term leases required (unless this is something you are interested in) - we are willing to go month to month. No deposit required, but we will require first and last months rent when moving in. All utilities are included, as is internet and TV access. We are equipped with Starlink satellite internet service, which provides very reliable and fast internet access. Our television service comes through streaming platforms, which are also included in the rent. There is ample room for parking, and we can arrange a dedicated spot for you to use. We have 2 lovely rooms in a splendid house that can be ready for you to move in within a week (if not sooner). Our house is located at 1030 Purbrook Road in Bracebridge. We are in a rural location, which offers a peaceful haven for anyone working in a busy or stressful position. The house is on a very quiet road and is surrounded by 2.5 acers of forest. Our property backs onto over 50 acers of undeveloped forested land. We have lots of wildlife around our house, and a trail that goes through the woods. While rural, we are only about 12 minutes away from the OPP Station on Cedar Lane in Bracebridge. We have one room which is move-in ready, and a second that is currently an office but which we will have converted into a bedroom on or before Monday, May 6, 2024.

The kitchen is shared, and there is a very large entertainment room for shared use (which includes a projector and projector screen, television, bar, refrigerator, video arcade systems, board games and slot machines). Tenants will have access to a full-service bathroom (which would be shared by the tenants) and a washing machine and dryer (which is used by all members of the household). Please note, we have an indoor cat who is like a child to us, so you will need to be comfortable living with a cat (and incredibly diligent to ensure the cat does not go outside) if you are interested in living at our house. We have a grown daughter that does not live with us. We have a house that is much larger than we need, and are looking to generate some additional income while also opening our doors to a couple of people who are looking for a great place to live. We are welcoming to all (male, female, LGBTQ+) and are easy to get along with. While we are more than happy to give you all the space you might want or need, we also enjoy sharing our lives with anyone who comes through our doors.
