The kitchen is a chef's delight, fully equipped with modern appliances, a Keurig coffeemaker, and all necessary cookware, making dining-in a pleasure. Adjoining the kitchen, the dining area, with its island and bar stools, is perfect for both meals and remote work.

Two elegantly appointed bedrooms await you. The downstairs queen suite offers a comfortable bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub overlooking the ocean, creating a spa-like ambiance. The upstairs king suite, a masterpiece of comfort, features an adjustable bed, skylight views of the bay, and an additional smart TV, ensuring a luxurious stay. The en suite bathrooms are modern and well-equipped, providing all essentials for a refreshing start or end to your day.

Also during your stay enjoy the full smart home features of the cottage, turn the lights on and off via voice, ask Alexa to play your favorite song or artist, or try your hand at a fun voice trivia game. Or enjoy the thousands of other features Alexa offers. More details on the voice commands will be send after booking for the lights etc... but don't worry everything can also be controlled via normal switches and remotes :) Step outside to the deck, an ideal spot to enjoy the crisp sea air, complete with comfortable outdoor seating and a propane grill. The cottage also includes an electric vehicle charger for eco-friendly convenience.

Please note there are Security cameras on the Property located outside. There is a Doorbell 24/7 camera that points towards the front door entry and the parking area. There is also a Camera on the Back (East) side of the shed that points down towards the water and monitors the area where the kayaks are stored, the North east corner of the firepit area is also visable from this camera. We also offer Alexa voice assistants smart home devices in the Kitchen and each bedroom as well as the TV's are all Alexa voice compatible.

The Amazon Echo shows in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom have had the Camera shutters super glued shut and all voice recording features disabled for guest privacy.
