Furnished, one bedroom room for rent on a short term basis in owner occupied home. Includes queen size bed, sofa, TV and private living area. Access to full kitchen and bathroom shared with other female occupant and laundry. Private entry on lower level of home which is located in quiet residential neighbourhood three blocks from Penticton General Hospital. Home is on a bus route. Looking for non-smoking/vaping, single, quiet person who will be respectful of owners and other occupant. Must like pets as we have a small dog. Monthly rental preferred but will consider shorter stay.  Street parking available. Peference to single medical students, travel nurses.
