This home is centrally located and provides a stylish open concept layout for a comfortable stay in Prince George. This home is 4 minutes away from downtown and less than a two minute drive to the UHNBC (University Hospital of Northern BC). This house has two full size bedrooms and you can't beat the layout. This small , yet comfortable and amazing house will keep you comfortable after a day of work. There is a really cozy covered patio in the back with patio furniture and a BBQ. The bathroom includes a small washer and dryer in the unit so this space is completely separate from the downstairs tenants. All basic utilities and WIFIM are included. Suite rental is based on a monthly lease agreement with $1250.00 required for security/damage deposit due before occupancy. A weekly rate can be arranged directly if needed based on availibility. We can do video tours if required.
