A 20 foot vaulted ceiling boasts 4 skylights, a grand look with a cozy feel. Fully furnished with a private fenced patio that invites relaxation and soaking up the afternoon and evening sun. Located in a safe, residential neighborhood steps from Diver Lake where guests can paddle board, kayak, fish, play tennis, walk in the trails and just enjoy the outdoors. Centrally located on Vancouver Island, The Loft is ideal for medical health professionals with quick access to Nanaimo Regional General Hospital, health units, Vancouver Island University, all amenities, ferry terminals, bus routes, highway access and more. The Loft is an approved short, mid-term and long term rental situated on the same property as the owners and is attached to the house. The Loft is completely private on the right side of the property with a private fenced patio and it's own french door entrance off the patio. Full furnished, The Loft has everything a house needs and guests can enjoy their space all to themselves. On the main floor is 2 bedrooms- one queen size bed in the one bedroom and a bunk bed in the second room with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The bathroom has a shower with a rain shower head, sink, toilet and stacker washer and dryer. You enter the Loft into the great kitchen and entertaining space surrounded by windows and gorgeous light. Upstairs in the loft itself is 300 square feet of comfy couches and a hide-a-bed for an extra person to sleep and a large TV for watching your favourite shows. The Loft is our pride and joy and the owners are excited to share the guesthouse with guests in the medical field. The Loft is not suitable for parties.
