Hi, I'm a graduating resident posting as I am moving away for fellowship. It's a 1 bed + den apartment (515 sqft) in the heart of Yaletown (977 Mainland st). In-unit laundry and dishwasher. The building has a 24-hour concierge, a gym and an event room available. An underground parking spot available for no additional fee.

15 min walk/9 min bike to St. Paul's, 7 min drive/15 min train/17 min bike to VGH. 7 min walk to IGA/Nester's/H-mart. 5 min walk to Yaletown skytrain station.

The unit can be rented fully furnished or semi/unfurnished (utilities and internet not included) for $2450/month. Utilities average $40-50/month and for internet, currently I am paying  $50.40/month from Novus. Half month pay as a deposit and a one-time move-in fee ($250) to the building is required (building by-law). Tenant insurance is also required (average $15-20/month).

Available to rent starting Aug 2025 (or the last week of July with some flex) with an 11-month lease minimum (Aug 2025 - July 2026).

No pet/No smoking.
