My ideal requirements are as follows:
3-bedroom condo. If you have a 2-bedroom apartment with a den that can be used as a guest room, it is also ok. At least 1100-1200 sqft Located in Downtown, West End, Yale Town or any area with (possibly) a water view. Alternatively, anywhere within a reasonable distance from Vancouver General Hospital (bike commuting). 
Can pay upfront a considerable amount to secure the property.
