I am a incoming clinical allergy and immunology fellow starting July 2025, looking for a long-term rental. I am clean, respectful, quiet, and timely with payments. No pets, non smoker. The clinics I will be working at are spread throughout Vancouver.

I am hoping for a private non-shared place with the following:

- within walking distance to a Skytrain station

- parking

- a kitchen that includes at least a sink, fridge, and stove

- private washer/dryer + bathroom

- optional but helpful -- air conditioning

- ideally less than $2000 monthly
