Unlimited, high-speed WIFI included in the monthly rent – set up and ready to go. Also included is the hydro (used respectfully of course). An underground parking spot is available but limited, please inquire in your response if you require it. Outdoor parking in the neighbouring parking lot can also be available if required.
Fully equipped kitchen area with all the pots, pans, cutlery, dishware you will require. Large modern fridge and freezer and mini fridge also equipped. Modern oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, all only a few years old.
Both bedrooms have queen size beds with good quality 4-year-old mattresses. (Mattress protective covering always a must!) Closet space isn’t very large in the master bedroom but with lots of good quality shelving installed to make the most of the space. The spare bedroom’s closet is much larger (small walk-in) with also plenty of shelving. Master bedroom has an attached ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The spare bedroom’s bathroom equipped with a shower and is conveniently located for living room and kitchen use. Good water pressure and quick heat water in all piping.
4-year-old tan, synthetic leather couch that has been well maintained and cleaned over the years. It is a very comfortable lounging living area. The open concept leaves lots of light, space, and functionality for reading, work, or relaxing in the living area. 42-inch flat screen wall mounted, swivel TV (cable package available for an extra cost.)
The laundry room is all in-unit – 6-year-old, fully functional washer and drier with lots of shelving for cleaning supplies.
Long private hallway means no noise from the hallways and adds to the private atmosphere of a stand alone condo.
The back patio is a large cement pad with a broil king barbecue and outdoor patio set. Lovely in the evenings over the summer with south-west facing sun exposure.
The condo building itself is small and well managed – only 2 other units on your floor. Great people in the building, many of them working professionals and some retirees. It is a ground level unit with a big back patio – no elevator rides necessary! The front lobby is well maintained and there is a large party room at the front of the building for the public or private booking. There is also a small private guest suite located on the main floor available for any extra guests wishing to stay for $60/night.
98 walk score! The location itself is right across from CCH highschool where there is a running track and football field. Also another small park within a 1-2 minute walk behind the building. Victoria Park is within a 10-minute walk with Richmond row and bustling downtown London on either side of it. London Convention Centre and CitiPlaza are both 5-10 minute walks. Several quality restaurants, cafes, and pubs within a short walking distance as well – including our personal favorite – the Morrissey House!
