I’m a pulm/crit fellow from a local hospital and I live with my mom in this spacious home on Sylvan Lake. We have been subleasing rooms to medical students and residents for many years now.

The home is 5000 sq feet with a basic workout room, 2 kitchens, spacious living/rec room, quiet study areas, cable/internet, pool/ping pong table. We’re on the lake and youre welcome to explore it with our kayaks. We are in close proximity to running trails, bars, and restaurants and the area is very safe.

We’re 15min from I75. Ten min from McLaren Oakland, Pontiac General, and St Joseph Mercy Oakland hospitals. We’re twenty min from Huron Valley Sinai Hospital, Crittenton (Ascension Rochester), and Troy Beaumont. We’re thirty min from Royal Oak Beaumont, Botsford (Beaumont Farmington), Providence Southfield (Ascension Providence) and 30-45 min from Detroit/ most other metro area hospitals.

One room has a private bath and is 16ft X 26ft with a 6ft X 9ft walk-in closet. The other room is 15ft X 19ft with a 6ft X 9ft walk-in closet and the bath is shared. Both rooms come fully furnished as well. More photos to be posted soon but are also available upon request. Thanks for the interest!
